Ecommerce Solution Provider exceeds customer expectations at annual event.
Rochester, NY May 9, 2007 — Ecommerce solution provider, UniteU Technologies, Inc., is pleased to announce that their annual User Conference which was held in Chicago in April exceeded expectations. In a follow up survey the overwhelming majority of attendees rated the event as “excellent” and stated that they received valuable information at the conference.
“We came away with a number of ideas to improve various pages of our site (home page, product pages and check-out) in addition to promotion and pricing ideas to help us move excess inventory,” reported Jerry Reynolds of St. Croix Shops. St. Croix is a respected manufacturer and retailer of luxury men’s apparel. Their ecommerce web site, www.stcroixshop.com, has been powered by UniteU for the past two years.
This was UniteU’s fourth annual User Conference and the focus was on how online merchants can meet the increasing demands of the hyper-educated, informed customer who can switch to another retailer with a single click. The conference sessions were built around the ACcES concept: Attract, Convince and convert, Engage and Synthesize. Specific tools were provided that were designed to help merchants develop and measure key performance indicators in each of these areas of customer acquisition and retention.

UniteU executives report that they plan to continue to offer an annual User Conference as a service to their customers. This year’s addition of a half a day of eStore Connected Commerce® application training was also extremely well received.
